Heated by night storage heaters and fully carpeted throughout, the accommodation comprises –

Lounge with multi-fuel burning stove, colour TV, video recorder, DVD player, plus CD / radio HI-Fi system. Separate Dining room. Under stairs cupboard with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner etc. Fitted kitchen with electric fan oven and hob, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Staircase to first floor with two bedrooms, one fitted with a double bed and the other with twin full size bunk beds. Duvets and pillows are provided for all beds. Travel cot available. Bathroom with bath, hand basin and WC.

Outside to the rear is a garden with lakeland slate patio complete with garden furniture. Beyond this is a further paved area with communal drying facilities plus fuel store and bin area.

All electric and fuel are included in the price.
Parking for one car only in front of the cottage.
We regret no pets.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.
