Conditions of Letting and Booking

1. The property is let only as holiday accommodation on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. Access will be from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and the cottage must be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure. The owners reserve the right to access at any time.

2. The property cannot be reserved until a completed Booking form and deposit are received, the bookings will be confirmed in writing. In the event of cancellation, money, less any out of pocket expenses, will be returned only if the property is relet.

3. Damage to the property, its fixtures or contents will be the responsibility of the person in whose name the booking is made. Any breakages must be replaced or paid for.

4. Please note that in order to keep our hire charges reasonable we would therefore ask you to leave the cottage as you would wish to find it.

5. The balance of the rent must be paid at least 28 days before the date of the start of the holiday.

6. Visitors are to provide their own towels, tea towels and bed linen.

7. Bookings are not interchangeable and the cottage must not be sublet. The number of persons in occupation must not exceed the sleeping accommodation provided as set out on the booking form.

8. It is regretted that NO PETS of any kind are allowed.

9. Visitors are asked to remember that they are staying in a residential area and to respect the quiet and comfort of the neighbours.
